What will be my commission if you buy a house from me?

My services are free for my buyer clients.

How do you find a good house for me?

Before I start looking for house for you, I will discuss with you and your family your needs and preferences such as area, community, size of house, lot size, type of house, school, transit, pool, ravine lot and above all your affordability. If you need pre-approval for mortgage, I will help you with that too.

What will be the next step for finding a good house for me and my family?

After knowing your requirements and getting mortgage preapproved, and completing other paper work, I will start my search for your dream house. I will always keep you informed through email, phone calls, and SMS.

Will I pressurize you to work with any specific mortgage agent, home inspector or lawyer?

No. I will never put any pressure on you to work with any specific mortgage agents, home inspectors or lawyers. Upon request, I can refer you to my in house service provider/s.

Why should I hire you as my listing agent?

To know the actual market value of your house, I will do an enhanced comparative market analysis report which I will present to you at the time of listing presentation. This will be based on similar type of houses sold in the past in that area, market conditions, buyers or sellers market, and inventory in the market. I will help you see the right picture which will help you to decide how much you want to list your house for.

What you will do for the marketing of my property?

I have several plans for marketing your house and will show you when I do a presentation with you. For more details, you can refer to my marketing plan mentioned in my website.

How much commission I will charge for my services of listing my house?

While selling a house, most of the time two sales agents are involved. One is listing agent (In this case, it will be me) and the other is buyer’s agent. The buyer’s agent charge 2.5% of the selling price. My commission will be 1.5%-2.5% depending of what marketing package you choose at the time of listing with me. So, finally you will have to pay 4%-5% of the selling price of your home.

What will I do for marketing of your property?

My standard marketing plan will be Lock box at your property, photographs, MLS Listing, my company’s website listing, For Sale sign in front of your house. Premium plan will include virtual tour by best professional in the city, high quality feature sheets, open house, magazine, newspaper, Internet sites and can be radio advertisement.

What If I want to have showings of my house at a specific time slots in a day?

Your convenience is most important for me. All the showings of your house will be planned according to your convenience. I will take your notes for showing timings, discuss the same with you and will advise my office to book an appointment accordingly if any request for showings arises which matches that criteria.

If I am pretty nervous and I don’t have any selling experience for any property, where will you help me?

You need not worry. I will explain the whole process to you, from listing, marketing, offer acceptance and closing of property. If you have any question in your mind, you can ask me anytime. It is my duty and responsibility to do smooth closing of your property.

Which are your main location/s of working?

I mainly work in Mississauga, Milton, Oakville and Brampton area, but I am willing to work with you anywhere to make a good deal for you. Travelling is never a constraint for me. Even if you wish to buy or sell anywhere other than GTA, I can refer you to the best realtors in that area.
