Mr. KB Singh was far more responsive to my inquiries, and seemed to provide better feedback to my questions. When we met I found him pleasant and personable. I was confident after speaking with him that he was well informed on the area and the strategies necessary to get a good deal in the area.
I feel the negotiation was handled by KB very well, as the property I bought for under asking and at thousands under fair market value. Prior properties that I have purchased were always through COMFREE and my lawyer, in areas that I was familiar with. This was my first experience working with a realtor. I do believe the relationship added value to the process in this case especially because I did not have my own network in the area.
